FAQ

Q. WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

A. Over And Out is for women motorcyclists, age 21+, who ride off-road on dual sports, dirt bikes, enduros, and more.  The event will be for women of all levels, with various types of terrain available according to rider skill level. More detailed information is shared in the months leading up to each event via the event page and blog posts.

Q. ARE STREET BIKES ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT?

A. Only plated dual sport (on-road/off-road) or adventure bikes are allowed in addition to dirt bikes. If you are operating a plated bike, you must be licensed, insured, registered and adhere to laws.  As we share specific information leading up to each event, you'll find an overview and links to detailed information on our event page.

Q. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

A. Yes, at this time Over And Out is a 21+ event.

Q. are men allowed?

A. No, sorry. Men, animals, and anyone under 21 are not allowed.

You will see a handful of men at the event during the day. They are property owners and experienced sweep riders who are part of the event. They are there to guide and help keep us safe, and they will also be doing recon at the end of the day to recover any broken down bikes! At night, they will retire to their own area separate from the ladies-only zone.

Q. WHAT ARE THE PARKING / CAMPING OPTIONS?

A. We will have one massive field that will be our parking and camping area. There is plenty of room for RVs, vans, trucks, trailers, EZ-ups and tents.  Your ticket includes 2 nights of camping on site. We will post any specific ticket, camping and parking details on the event page.

Camping is primitive, there are no hookups or running water. RV's must be self-contained.  There will be porte-potties on site, fully stocked with TP (though it never hurts to bring a spare!)

There is also a covered pavilion, picnic tables, natural stone seating areas, beautiful grass fields, and a bonfire to be LIT! (af) come Saturday night.

Q. WILL THERE BE FOOD?

A. There will always be food options announced prior to each event via the blog. We aim to provide healthy, nourishing food options and selections for vegetarians or vegans.  There are also convenience stores, fast food restaurants, regular restaurants and diners close by in the town of Hancock. If you have special needs you should certainly TCB for yourself.

Q. WHAT CAN OR CAN'T I BRING?

A. Bring everything you need for riding and camping. We'll post a recommended packing list closer to the event.  You can also bring food and drinks (including alcohol).

The property is private so only ticket-holders may be on-site. No pets or animals, no one under 21, no weapons of any kind, no fireworks, no promotional or marketing materials, no items for sale, no pollutants. All trash must be kept self-contained and taken with you when you leave the property.

Q. IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

A.  Attendees may certainly take photos for themselves personally. We hire our own photographers to capture the event and share those images with attendees, simply asking that images be shared with the proper tags and credits for both the event and the photographer.

Photos used for any non-personal use (promotion, media, brand advertising, commercial...) is prohibited without the express permission or agreement with Over And Out. Contact info@overandoutmoto.com for press or sponsor content inquiries.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. No refunds. This event has taken a lot of hard work and expense to get going, and we hope it will grow to get better and better. This event is self-funded and the product of hours and hours of work. There is nothing like this currently, and we need your help and commitment to helping us build something great.
