Date: FRIDAY 6/22 4pm - SUNDAY 6/24 2pm.  SAT & SUN are the only riding days, mandatory riders meeting SATURDAY 8:30am. 

Location: Bear Creek Sportsmen riding club's 1,000 acre private property in Hancock NY.  More about the property here

  • New riders can cruise beginner-friendly grass tracks and fields, or sign up* for a 1-hour group lesson (bike included).
  • Intermediate to advanced woods and trail riders can rip a variety of marked woods loops on-site. (Full dirt tires required). 
  • Dual sport/adventure riders can pick up a REV'IT route map and explore local routes off-site or sign up* for a guided intermediate dual-sport ride. 

The event is for ladies only, age 21+ and will be held rain or shine.  Please read all info and FAQ's.

Your ticket to Over And Out includes two nights of camping on-site at the Bear Creek Sportsmen private property in Hancock, NY.  Ticket-holders only.

  • Ample parking and camping space for SUV's, trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, EZ-ups and tents. Parking/Camping space is first-come first-serve but there is plenty.
  • A large bonfire (to be LIT come Saturday night!) and hangout spots adjacent to camping area.
  • A covered pavillion, common area with picnic tables and natural stone seating areas.
  • Porta-potties fully stocked with TP (though it never hurts to BYO).
  • Primitive camping: No Hookups, no power. No running water. 
  • If camping just ain’t your thang, check out the hotels right in the town of Hancock.

DIRT-BIKE Lessons 

Sign up for a 1-hour lesson with MSF-certified coach Mitch Schappert on a Yamaha dirt bike, sponsored by Hanover Powersports!

  • Levels: Choose New, Novice/Beginner, or Intermediate. While availability lasts.
  • Bikes: Yamaha TTR 110, 125 or 230 assigned by height, or use your own bike!

Sign up for a guided 3-hour dual sport ride with NDR-founder, Victoria Zandonella. 

  • Level: intermediate, class IV dirt/unmaintained roads. While availability lasts.
  • Bikes: Your own bike, must be plated, registered, insured etc.

The Bear Creek Sportsmen team will be leading a guided advanced trail ride that will take roughly 2 hours. 

  • Level: Advanced. 
  • Sign up on-site only, allowing you some time in the morning to ride other trails and see how you feel.
