We’re proud to partner with the renowned Hardwood Hills Ranch to sponsor two days of clinics with pro off-road racer Rachel Gutish. Rachel brings unmatched experience, with a record that includes three ISDE team FIM World Championships, four gold and two silver ISDE medals, AMA EnduroCross and Hard Enduro titles, an X Games Bronze, and 170 national-level podiums and three EnduroGP wins - more than any other American.

She first connected with Over and Out in 2019 and quickly found a passion for coaching. Since 2023, OAO’s Race Division has proudly supported her racing career. Rachel continues to coach at OAO events, calling them a highlight of her year and a refreshing return to the sport’s grassroots joy of riding and having fun with friends.

    Directions: From Springfield, MO: Take Hwy. 60 east to 2nd Mansfield exit ( Hwy. 5 north, Bus 60 south). Take Bus. 60 through Mansfield to Hwy. A, turn left on A and go about 1.5 miles to Hwy. U, turn right (south) on Hwy. U, go about 5 miles to HHR on left.  Look for rock house.

    Sunday 7/20 8:30am-1pm - Coed Clinic

    If you are arriving the evening prior to your clinic, please aim to arrive while it is still light out.

    If you’re arriving the morning of your clinic, please arrive roughly one hour in advance to make sure you can park, unload, and be ready to join the class promptly.

  • On site camping is available so you can get manage your travel and get an early start and beat the heat!

    Primitive camping is free.

    RV spots and Lodge rooms are available for a nominal fee (first come first serve) booked by contacting Misty at HHR directly at:

  • BIKES

    Bring your own bike. Full dirt tires are required, and we recommend a maximum of 300cc with full dirt tires.

    GEAR

    Bring your own gear. We don’t have any gear to loan. Dirt helmets are required, along with goggles, riding jersey and pants, gloves, off-road moto boots and your preferred combination of protective gear for knees, shins, back, elbow, neck and more.

    Participants must be 16 years or older.

    Anyone under 18 must have TWO (both) parent/guardians sign the waiver onsite unless they have sole custody.

FAQs

What's the refund policy? NO REFUNDS. We ask one thing of our community and friends when buying a ticket. Please be comfortable with the idea that if you can’t attend that your money will help support Rachel in her race career.

Who can attend this event?  Anyone age 16+ who has a ticket to the event. Attendees under 18 must have parents/guardians present and both must sign waiver unless one has sole custody. Ticket-holders and the parents/guardians of minors are the only ones allowed to enter and remain on site, as per our insurance rules and agreements. Non Ticket-Holders are not allowed to stop by, visit, or stay and hang out for any portion of the event. NO SPECTATORS.

What kind of motorcycles can be ridden at this event? We recommend any trail or dirt bike that has full dirt (knobby) tires and we recommend a maximum of 350cc.

What type of gear do I need to wear?  Full-face dirt helmets, goggles, gloves, knee pads or braces, upper body protection (some combination of back, elbow, shoulder, arm as you prefer) and off-road riding/motocross boots. We recommend wearing as much protective gear as possible to keep you safe.

What tire pressure should I run?  Tires must be in good shape and should have good tire pressure, recommended at 12-14psi.

Will there be mechanical support? Yes. Keep in mind those services are for minor adjustments and mishaps. It is your responsibility to bring a well-functioning, safe vehicle to ride. You should bring spare tubes, spark plugs and clutch or brake levers that fit your make/model bike - this is something you should always be prepared with!

Can I come ride the property some other time?  If you become a member of Hardwood Hills Ranch you can ride any time you please for a very reasonable annual membership fee. You also get discounts on events like this one!

Can I ride anywhere I want? All riders should ride within marked trails and mapped boundaries. Everyone should ride with the intention of not excessively tearing up the property. The goal of this event is to keep everyone safe.

What do I do with my garbage?  Aside from a few trash cans in the common areas, you are responsible for your trash. Please keep a trash bag at your camp site, and take it with you when you go. Leave no trace, keep things clean.

Will the event be cancelled in bad weather?  The event will be held rain or shine.  No refunds will be offered, as so much work goes into setting this event up, and our goal is to raise support for Rachels travels to race the ISDE with the US Women’s Trophy Team! Any aspect within the event could be subject to cancellation in extreme weather for the safety of the riders. If there is a storm or very hard rain we will ask riders to come in, for rider safety.

Will there be food?  No, please bring your own..

What can I bring?  Bring everything you need for riding and camping including gear, extra gas, a battery pack for your phone, plenty of water, sunscreen, bath wipes, camp bedding, tent etc.

Is alcohol allowed? You may bring alcoholic beverages, but drinking alcohol is NOT allowed until riding is done for the entire day. We have a zero tolerance policy for excessive drunkenness or even attempting to operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated at any level. Safety is our top priority.

What can’t I bring? No persons without a ticket (including babies, children, anyone under the age of 18), no guns, no weapons of any kind, no fireworks, no promotional or marketing materials, no banners or overwhelming visual items, no items for sale, no giveaways without event permission, no illegal substances, no pollutants, no individual fires. We expect all participants to conduct themselves responsibly, with integrity and respectful behavior. Our collective focus is on riding and having fun.

I bought a ticket but now can’t come. Can I transfer the name of the ticket to a friend? You must contact us to do this at least 14 days prior to the event. Please use our contact form. Payment must be arranged directly between you and your third party.
