FAQs

Q. WHO ARE OVER AND OUT EVENTS FOR?

A. Over And Out is for women motorcyclists, age 16+, who ride (or want to learn to ride) off-road on dirt bikes, enduros, dual sports, adventure bikes and more.  These events are for women of all skill levels, from beginner to expert, with various terrain or route options available according to rider skill level. More detailed information is shared in the months leading up to each event via each event’s page found under the EVENTS menu heading.

Q. ARE STREET BIKES ALLOWED?

A. Depending on the event, plated dual sport (on-road/off-road) or adventure bikes may be allowed in addition to dirt bikes. If you are operating a plated off-road or dual sport bike, you must be licensed, insured, registered and adhere to laws.  We will be clear in the description of each event whether there is a terrain option for a dual sport or ADV bike, and we check registrations to make sure folks are signed up for the right events. More detailed information is shared in the months leading up to each event via each event’s page found under the EVENTS menu heading.

Q. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

A. Yes, at this time MOST Over And Out events are 16+.

Q. ARE MEN ALLOWED?

A. No, sorry. Men are not allowed, except for Co-Ed event male ticket-holders, property owners and our male staff members.

You may see male property owners and/or male members of our Official Trail Support team. They are there to guide and help keep us safe, perform trail or property maintenance, or perform production tasks.  After trails are closed for the day, male staff departs to their own area separate from the ladies-only zones.

Q. WHAT ARE THE PARKING / CAMPING OPTIONS?

A. These vary by event. At our large campouts we generally have an exclusive area for our female attendee parking and camping, with ample room for RVs, vans, trucks, trailers, EZ-ups and tents.  We will post any specific ticket, camping and parking details on each event via each event’s page found under the EVENTS menu heading.

In most cases, camping is primitive, with no hookups or running water, and so RV's must be self-contained.  We arrange for porta-potties and hand-washing stations to be on site, fully stocked with TP (though it never hurts to bring a spare!)

Q. WILL THERE BE FOOD?

A. There will always be food options announced prior to each event via the blog. We aim to provide healthy, nourishing food options and selections for vegetarians or vegans, though of course there may be limitations depending on the location.  You are always allowed to bring your own food and drinks. If you have special dietary needs you should certainly prepare properly for yourself.

Q. WHAT CAN OR CAN'T I BRING?

A. Bring everything you need for riding and camping. Check out our recommended packing list.  You can bring food and drinks, and trash bags, because all trash must be kept self-contained and taken with you when you leave the property. Leave No Trace!

No pets or animals, no one who doesn’t have an event ticket, no weapons of any kind, no illegal substances, no fireworks, no promotional or marketing materials, no items for sale, no pollutants.

The properties we access are private so ticket-holders are the only people admitted to each site, and everyone must be respectful of the property and act responsibly. If you bring any trouble for the land owners, you create the risk of events not being held again in the future. Please don’t ruin it for everyone!

Q. IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

A.  Attendees may certainly take photos for themselves personally. We hire our own photographers to capture the event and share those images with attendees, asking that images be shared with the proper tags and credits for both the event and the photographer.

Photos used for any non-personal use (promotion, media, brand advertising, commercial...) is prohibited without the express permission or agreement with Over And Out. Contact info@overandoutmoto.com for press or sponsor content inquiries.

Q. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

A. No refunds. This event is self-funded and the product of endless hours of work. Seriously, you have no idea the amount of personal time, money and care is put into our events. We provide an amazing experience for an affordable price; All we ask is that at the time of purchase you be comfortable with the idea that if you can’t make it, you will not get a refund. Your money will go to support the event and future events.
