Over And Out hosts a variety of events for women throughout the year, from single-day clinics to multi-day campouts filled with lessons, group rides, and unparalleled support for female riders. Every event is designed not just to teach skills, but to foster confidence, connection, and a love of riding that lasts a lifetime.
Our mission goes beyond introducing women to the thrill of off-road riding. We are committed to nurturing that passion through every stage—supporting newcomers as they take their first turns, celebrating those striving to improve, and cheering on women at the top of their sport. It’s about creating a full circle of empowerment, where every rider feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Rachel Gutish
Rachel Gutish is a twenty-nine year old professional off-road racer who has successfully competed in a wider variety of disciplines than almost any other pro racer, male or female.
Some of her notable accomplishments include:
2025 FIM Women’s World Enduro Championship (The first American)
2025 NEPG Championship
3 EnduroGP wins in 2024 (more than any other American)
4 ISDE team division FIM World Championships
2024 AMA EnduroCross Title
2 AMA Hard Enduro Titles

Rachel has also been a contributor to the AMA Magazine, Dirt Rider, On the Pegs, and Trail Rider.
Rachel first became involved with Over And Out in 2021 while affiliated with Beta USA. Her very first time at an Over And Out Women’s Campout, she fell in love with the events, the concept, and the mission behind them. She also discovered an unexpected passion for coaching, and became an exclusive pro athlete coach for Over And Out Events.
As Rachel puts it: “The Over and Out events provide me with an awesome break from the pressure of top-level pro racing, and always remind me of the grassroots side of the sport - riding and having fun with friends. Even better that OAO seeks to introduce more people to this sport and the wonderful community that surrounds it. They are truly a highlight of my year!”
When Rachel isn’t riding, training, or coaching, she enjoys reading (definitely offer book recommendations when you see her at events), writing, cooking, board games and almost any active/outdoor activity.
