Get ready to rip those trails at OAO ladies! Check out how you’ll find your way around the OAO trails and how the Trail Boss Challenge works!
NAVIGATING THE OVER AND OUT TRAILS
There’s a wide range of terrain on-site at Over And Out, and our marked and mapped trails are created for three riding levels:
C - Easiest - Mostly two-track haul roads or grass tracks. This is NOT necessarily the easiest terrain in the event space (that would be open fields), rather the easiest of the marked trails.
B - Intermediate - Challenge due to rockiness, uphills or downhills
A - Advanced - Tight and technical, single track, large rock, elevation change or off-camber.
When you arrive at OAO, visit the Revzilla tent to grab a map, zip ties so you can attach it to your bike, and check out descriptions of each trail! We’ll be on hand to answer questions and tell you which trails are our favorites.
We’ll also be running group rides, as always, on Friday and Saturday of the event (Check the schedule).

WHAT IS THE TRAIL BOSS CHALLENGE??!
The Trail Boss Challenge is a game using clues that lead you from trail to trail. We’ll be placing 5 locked boxes throughout the event space on different trails. Use a clue to unlock each box and once you’ve got the final clue, you’ll turn it in back at the Revzilla tent for a chance to win Revzilla Gift Cards and more!
Here’s how it works:
Visit the Revzilla tent to get a trail map and a starting clue for the Challenge.
Head off to the first locked box.
Each lock is opened with a 5-letter word, which you’ll figure out by answering a rhyming riddle on each clue.
Once you open a box, you’ll take a clue from inside the box, re-lock it, and head on your way to the next box!
Save ALL of your clues along the way just in case (and don’t litter!), but it’s the final clue you’ll need to win a prize.
Put your name on the final clue and turn it in at the Revzilla tent.
All must be complete by 6pm Saturday, giving you all day Friday and Saturday to try to hit all 5 boxes!
We will draw prize winners from everyone who completed the game and turned in a final clue. Winners will be announced along with Raffle announcements Saturday evening!
FAQS
What if Im a beginner rider? Then I can’t get to the box on an advanced trail? We won’t place the boxes on the most advanced trails, giving more people a chance to participate. You can also choose to partner up with someone who may be willing to get a clue for you.
What if I have a class or clinic? Clinics and classes are at different times throughout the weekend. Remember you’ve got ALL day Friday and Saturday to hit all 5 boxes.
What if I came alone and don’t know anyone? We encourage everyone to ask around for anyone who can include you on their team. You can also come visit us at the Revzilla tent (where you’ll get a trail map) and we’ll try to help match you up for group rides and the Trail Boss Challenge. We’ll do our best to try to connect you with a team or riding buddy. That’s what we do!
