Dirt Bike Academy | Beginner Lessons at OAO Co-Ed 2024
This page is for booking a Beginner-to-Novice level (Skill rating 1-2) group lesson with USMCA-certified Jeff Ufberg of The Dirt Bike Academy at Over And Out Co-Ed 2024.
The Dirt Bike Academy is holding a 6-hour session on Saturday of the event, bookable with or without the use of a class bike that you get to use for the duration of the class. These bikes are 4-stroke trail bikes, mostly 125-140cc, electric start.
These classes are conducted in a grass field, teaching you all the fundamentals of riding in the safest, controlled space possible, helping you to get comfortable operating a dirt bike.
BEFORE YOU BOOK!
1. You must have a Ticket to OAO Co-Ed 2024, April 19-21, 2024.
2. You must have an AMA Membership OR 1-Event pass (just $20) to take a lesson. Get one HERE.
These lessons wouldn’t be possible without the support of the AMA. Class participants must either have an annual AMA Membership or can secure a 1-event pass for just $20. (We take this into account when pricing our tickets and lessons, and we apologize for any inconvenience).
3. Make sure you choose the right lesson. They are non-refundable.

BIKE DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS: These lessons offer you the option of booking a class bike that you get to use for the 6 hours of the class. These are 4-stroke trail bikes, roughly 125-140cc, electric start, assigned by height and weight.
If you’re riding your own bike, we recommend smaller cc (110-230cc) dirt bikes with full knobby tires. If you’re not sure if your bike is a good option, ask us at info@overandoutmoto.com.
GEAR REQUIREMENTS: These bookings do not include gear, and have fairly minimal gear requirements because you’ll be on a controlled, level, grass-covered area during the class. You must have a full face dirt helmet, goggles and gloves, sturdy pants (jeans, riding pants) and a long-sleeve shirt or jersey, plus boots that cover the ankle (a sturdy hiking boot, work boot, etc).
